Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After 30 days, we’ll still do our best to support you with troubleshooting or repair options.
Return Eligibility

Your item must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

Include proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

Returns must be approved by our team before being shipped.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you’re returning an item that isn’t defective or damaged:

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

You’ll be reimbursed for your return shipping costs with a valid receipt provided you follow our instructions.

Import duties or taxes are non-refundable.
International Returns
If returning an item from outside Canada (including U.S.):

Use USPS (no couriers like FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

Mark the package as “Returned Goods – No Duties”.

Import duties/taxes are non-refundable; U.S. Customs considers them final.
